    With a track record of delivering exceptional quality and solid dedication to customer satisfaction, the repair centre is seeking 2 x skilled Service Advisors / Bodyshop Advisors to join their team.

    As a Service Advisor / Bodyshop Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for customers requiring repair services.

    Working closely with the workshop staff and parts staff.
    As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

    Liaising with insurance providers to streamline the claims procedure, documenting and recording of any insurance information
    As a Service Advisor, you will have:

    Previous experience in a Service/Parts role / similar role, preferably in the automotive industry
    Knowledge of software systems (booking vehicles in)
    This is a Monday to Friday role, 8AM to 5PM.
