The Role

We grew 4 times in the recent 4 years into a team of over 400 people in 30+ countries worldwide.

Now we have a new challenge of scaling up twice in the next 4 years with a major focus on extending sales & marketing functions mostly in Europe, the UK, and the US.


What You Will Do:


  • Plan, organize, and lead the process of closing the vacancy as a project manager
  • Organize and moderate highquality and prompt communication within the hiring project team
  • Facilitate the design of the assessment process and tools, when necessary
  • Meet SLAs, deadlines, and recruitment process stages
  • Maintain project documentation and analytics
  • Partner with the sourcing team to fill the funnel with the top talent
  • Engage in recruitment marketing activities and campaigns
  • Set up partnerships with business domains, engaging with talent communities
  • Manage projects across EMEA and the USA

What We Look For:


  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, 3+ years hiring sales professionals
  • Experience with international recruitment in one or multiple regions
  • Expertise in crosscultural communication and behaviour
  • Experience in managing fullcycle of recruitment projects
  • Knowledge of competencybased approach in interviewing
  • Interest in closing nontech positions
  • Understanding of international sourcing principles
  • Rapport and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Fluency in English (C1); knowledge of additional languages is a plus
