BASIC SALARY £20-22,000 OTE £30-35,000

My client a leading local Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents are looking for a motivated and hard working
Sales Negotiatorto join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone to build themselves a career with a company that really invests in their staff.

Key duties:

Conducting viewings
Applicant registrations
Dealing with buyers and vendors
Strong negotiation skills
Resilient canvassing skills
Administration duties
Booking in and following up valuations

Requirements:

Wellspoken with good communication skills

Full UK driving licence & own car:

Good knowledge of the local area a bonus
Selfmotivated and hardworking
Keen interest in the property industry
Stable background in Estate Agency and proven track record

Residential sales experience is essential:

Well-presented and professional appearance
Good attention to detail and organised
Customer focused

9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday - 9am - 1pm every other Saturday with half day off in lieu
