The Directorate of Student & Academic Services is seeking a highlymotivated Academic Registry Casework Administrator to join theAcademic Registry. This post is an exciting opportunity to be part ofthe team that manages student casework including academic appeals,complaints, and student conduct.
Reporting to the AcademicRegistry Officer (Academic Appeals), the post supports the day-to-dayoperations of the section providing support with casework, assistingwith the maintenance and dissemination of student policies andprocedures, and serving as note taker at relevant committees andpanels. You will be committed to providing excellent customer serviceand have extensive communication skills, both orally and in writing,and the ability to deal with difficult situations with tact anddiplomacy. You will also provide administrative support to theAcademic Registry Manager with related training programmes and liaiseeffectively with faculty colleagues.
We are seeking anindividual with professional administrative experience, a high levelof IT literacy with a focus on improvement and development of existingprocesses. The post-holder will be expected to work flexibly withinthe team.
