We are excited to be exclusively working with a leading Financial Services organisation, who are looking for a Training and Compliance Supervisor to join on a permanent basis.

The role is to start as soon as possible, and offers hybrid working up to 3 days at home per week.


The position is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Training and Compliance specialist to progress or an existing Supervisor who is looking for a move to a market leader.

On top of your annual salary, there is performance based bonus that can be achieved per month.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the induction of new starters.
  • Completion of annual and additional risk based onetoones with advisers.
  • Providing detailed feedback to individual advisers.
  • Maintaining regular reviews and meetings.
  • Collating data and recording the results on the system, identification and reporting trends.
  • Provision of technical, supervisory and compliance support to new and existing advisers.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across the firm regarding defined targets and objectives.

Key experience:

  • Have experience in a financial services organisation.
  • Have achieved Level 4 Diploma or be working towards an equivalent qualification.
  • Sound knowledge of financial services such as pensions and investments.
  • Ideally 3 years experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate relevant skills.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year


Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
