    Ideagen is on the lookout for a Senior BI Developer to join our dynamic Commercial Data team. This pivotal role focuses on the development and enhancement of critical business performance dashboards. As a key player in our team, you'll have the unique opportunity to influence our growth trajectory by making essential performance data readily accessible to our stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Product departments.     Responsibilities

    Data Visualisation and Reporting: Craft SQL views from raw system tables within our data warehouse to fuel reporting through our reporting system, currently PowerBI. Your expertise will bring to life new dashboards that cover new initiatives and integrate data from newly implemented systems within the business.
    - Continuous Improvement: Take charge of maintaining and enhancing our existing BI suite of reporting, ensuring our tools evolve with our business needs.
    - Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly engage with key stakeholders through forums to assess the effectiveness of dashboards and identify any existing gaps, ensuring that our data insights meet the evolving needs of the business.
    - Documentation: Meticulously maintain detailed documentation on reporting processes and dependencies, enabling seamless knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
    - Collaboration: Work in close harmony with the Data and Systems functions to guarantee that systems are configured optimally, facilitating efficient and insightful delivery to the business.

    - Demonstrated project and time management prowess, with a knack for prioritising tasks to meet tight deadlines.
    - Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a strategic mindset.
    - A collaborative spirit, capable of building robust networks across different business units.
    - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

    Desirable:

    Proven experience in creating dashboards using Power BI.
    - Familiarity with writing scripts using SQL and SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio).
