Grade 7 (between £100-£150 daily rate depending on experience)


Hours: 37 hours per week - Monday to Friday (term time)

We have been approached by the Head of the Learning Pathway Centre at a successful secondary school in Caerphilly for a Learning Coach.


About the Centre:


The team are proud to be working with a group of up to 20 pupils at Key Stage 3 and 3 level who may present with challenging behaviours, learning difficulties, complex family issues, emotional and mental health needs, or a combination of these factors.

At the school they pride themselves in delivering a bespoke and inclusive service enabling young people to find their passion for learning.


About you:


The successful applicant will be empathetic, patient and understanding, and be passionate about empowering young people to improve engagement and enthusiasm towards learning by using innovative strategies.

Applicants with a background in alternative provision setting would be desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
