David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy.

They are seeking to onboard a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join their teams in Greece to support a project related to telecommunications.

Customer Support Advisor


Location:
Work from home/remote, Greece


Employment type:
Full-time


Remuneration:
Base salary.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
  • Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
  • Offer extra telecom services
  • Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • C2 level of German and B1 English, both oral and written
  • Passionate about customers and customer service
  • Technical as well as sales skills will be an advantage
  • Problemsolving skills
  • Stable internet connection
  • Upbeat and positive attitude
