David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy.They are seeking to onboard a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join their teams in Greece to support a project related to telecommunications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
- Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
- Offer extra telecom services
- Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- C2 level of German and B1 English, both oral and written
- Passionate about customers and customer service
- Technical as well as sales skills will be an advantage
- Problemsolving skills
- Stable internet connection
- Upbeat and positive attitude
