    The ServiceNow Consultant will be responsible the implementation and ongoing configuration and support of ServiceNow. This includes developing and supporting ITSM applications including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, SLA and Service Catalogue. CSM and Application Development experience is desirable.

    You will work closely with business and IT teams to gather input to support ongoing business needs for ServiceNow configuration, implementation and support.

    You will be expected to keep abreast of emerging ServiceNow products, versions and technologies.
    Perform day to day administration of ServiceNow.
    Facilitate ServiceNow implementations for new clients.

    Ensure the latest version of ServiceNow is implemented in a timely manner with minimal or no disruption to IT operations.

    Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/updates.
    Applicants should hold a valid ServiceNow Administrator certification.
    Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system
    2 years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow ITSM development, configuration and administration.
    Admin experience of ServiceNow CSM (desired).
    Degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, ICT, or CIS desired).
    Good understanding of Web Services such as REST and SOAP (desired).
    Security Clearance a Bonus, if not be willing to go through the process.
