Location:
Blended working based out of customer site in Bradford with a minimum of 2 days per week based in the office.

Working hours:
Full-time, 37.5hours

What will you be doing?

Within the Customer Authorities department, you will be a part of a rota of Technical Event Leads to provide 24 by 7 support; take ownership of complex and high severity faults when required whilst managing the customer's estate using the appropriate procedures and tools.- Provide a point of escalation for real-time issues, lapse-time investigations and assume the lead during Major Incidents.

Work closely with Vodafone and Customer Technical teams to represent the customer's interests internally.
Oversee the live customer environment, supporting Design, Sales and Service Management teams in customer delivery.
Support technical requirements at all levels and across all ITIL processes and functions, providing direct technical liaison for the customer where required.
Work to fulfil the Service Strategy, overseeing the transition and operation of all customer services across the ITIL aligned processes.

You will have:

Experience managing Major Incidents & Projects.
Indepth knowledge of customer services.
Indepth knowledge of BAU operational support teams within the business.
Knowledge and experience of ITIL best practices.
A recognized networking qualification such as TCP/IP.
Strong knowledge of multi technology systems.
Broad understanding of other technologies.
Ability to produce quality documentation.
