With expert knowledge and a strong client focus this business is able to support with a range of services across the UK. They are now looking for a confident Payroll Administrator to support the team with processing end to end payroll and also taking on wider finance tasks. You will be joining a supportive and streamlined finance team and be reporting directly into the department head.This role comes with an annual salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience.Responsibilities include:

    • Supporting with preparation of accurate weekly and monthly payrolls.
    • Handling all aspects of payroll deductions, including PAYE, National Insurance, student loans, and statutory payments.
    • Managing pension schemes, auto-enrolment, incentive schemes, bonuses etc.
    • Liaising with HMRC to resolve PAYE/NIC queries and ensure compliance with legislative responsibilities.
    • Submitting specified annual reports.
    • Performing bank, sales, purchase, and nominal ledger postings, along with bank reconciliations.
    • Preparing VAT returns, reconciliations, and reporting.
