Jobdescription

You will beresponsible for investigating vehicle rental hire rates charged toinsurance companies using our online system providing evidence tosupport your decision and possibly attending court to provideevidence on more complex cases. Using our awardwinning processes toreport on an eclectic mix of vehicle types you will alsoinvestigate rental costs in the market providing the evidence tosupport your decision. We will give you training and support onyour path to competence.

Essentialskills/knowledge

• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills areessential.
• You must be detailfocused and havea rightfirsttime mentality.
• You can workunder pressure and to targets.
• You willpossess excellent customer service skills.

Preferredskills/knowledge

• Experience in the motor insurance market/credit hire/carrental market (3 years ideally)
• Experience ofgiving evidence in court.
