Job Description

As part of the Private Markets Growth Strategy we are looking for two Distribution Analysts to support the Institutional Distribution team to further develop our AUM and revenues for both existing and new to LGIM clients.

What You'll be doing

Supporting the private markets team in all activities including sales, product development and strategy

Assisting with managing pipelines and associated Management Information (MI) including running reports and managing Salesforce

Helping to manage internal and external stakeholders

Working with the team in managing the consultant relationships to achieve or maintain buy ratings across product sets.

Responding to internal and external queries, requests for information and data, resolving queries fully and efficiently and in a timely manner

Developing your understanding of LGIMs clients, products and services in order to be able to have conversations with clients/consultants on LGIMs unique proposition

Maintaining excellent working relationships around key business areas at all times

Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
Qualifications

An understanding of private markets

Knowledge of current investment market and economic issues

Awareness of the global institutional client universe

Knowledge of UK pension fund liabilities and assumptions

An understanding of different fund structures

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in the investment management industry in client support or service would be useful

Experience working on or supporting presentations and market research would be a useful skillset for this role
