Parts Advisor ~ Regional multi-brand trade hub

This a rare opportunity to join a
well-respected group covering East Anglia. The group is proud to remain privately owned, meaning it can focus on its primary objective of providing great customer service.

Working Hours:

£28,000 + Other Benefits ~ 8.00 am pm 5 days per week + Saturday rota

Responsibilities:

To provide an accurate and professional parts sales and identification service using a variety of electronic systems. (full training supplied).
To maintain a professional appearance and always portray a cando attitude.
To adhere to and be mindful of at all times the O.E.M. standards.
Checking off and taking in stock from the O.E.M. supplier.
Attending to Trade & Retail Customers inquiries
Ordering & Returning Stock
Housing Keeping in the dept
Manage with complete accuracy the warranty and exchange parts to ensure there is no financial loss to the company
