Working Hours & Shift Pattern:


Full time, 37.5 hours per week and the flexibility to consider part time, with a minimum of 22.5 hours per week (training is full time for up to 8 weeks).

You'll work on a rotating shift pattern between the hours of 8am to 6pm from Monday to Friday, as this is when our contact centre is currently open.

You will however be contracted to a rotating shift pattern of between 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 1 in 4 Saturday's and 1 bank holiday a year.

Successful applicants will be invited to an interview, held at our workplace hub in Bournemouth or virtually.

We'll give you lots of information in advance to help you prepare, and one of the Talent Acquisition team will always be on hand to offer help and support if you need it.


Induction & Training:


Induction Date: 27th March 2023 You'll receive a comprehensive onsite induction from our specialist trainers to set you up for success in your new role.

What you'll be doing:


Following your fully supported training, which will give you the skills and confidence for your role, you'll answer calls from people going through various health problems (from physio to cancer treatment) and advising them on their claim.

Sometimes you'll need to decline a customer request too.

This will involve using judgement to take responsibility for gathering information and finding out answers, putting your customer's interests at the heart of every decision you make.


Qualifications:


  • You'll have a friendly and approachable manner and be a great team player.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, you'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • A genuine desire to help others and have an empathetic approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess a strong willingness to learn.


As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
