Description

A Finance Systems Manager (Netsuite) is required to work for a global retail brand based in London (with 1 day per week required in the office).

This is a newly created contract role due to a systems implementation project going live and is an opportunityto join an internationally renowned business who are investing in finance transformation to facilitate their future growth.

The project is estimated to last between 4-6 months with a possibility of extension.

This role will sit under the Finance Director with a dotted line to the technical, analysis and operations team. You will take ownership for the system implementation which is due to go live in the Spring. You will take over the project from the currentSystems Manager and this will include a lengthy handover.

Responsibilities will include:

Own the programme plan and ensure all workstreams are on track
Manage weekly Governance with the Senior Leadership team
Manage our third parties: NetSuite Suite Success programme team; Data Migration team; Comms/Training/Change provider
Have responsibility for supporting our internal workstream leads
Deliver a successful golive
Identify the phase 2 work programme to optimise the systems we have implemented
