This is an extraordinary opportunity for you to lead the culinary team at this restaurant, set to open in an exclusive property.
This venue will blend modern and traditional Japanese cooking techniques, offering a unique dining experience that celebrates flavour and culture.
The ideal candidate must have high volume, fine dining experience and have worked in Michelin * establishments.A positive attitude and welcoming personality are key here as they navigate the opening of this vibrant "fine dining made simple" restaurant.
