- Paint according to Oshkosh AeroTech UK Ltd, specifications.
- Complete assigned Lean initiatives including 5s activities.
- Troubleshoot problems, identify and communicate discrepancies.
- Complete required paint documentation including paint logs and check sheets.
- Control and move painted parts to the next process verifying they meet Oshkosh AeroTech specifications.
- Recommend improvements to paint procedures.
- Perform all duties in a safe manner and keep all employees aware of dangers in work area.
- Practice good housekeeping in work area.
- Follow Safety, Health, Environment, and Hazardous Waste rules and responsibilities.
