    Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within commutable distance to Leeds. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead, co-ordinate, and manage the change of tenancy (COT) process, ensuring a smooth transition for both incoming and outgoing tenants.
    • Verification of tenancy changes, updating records, COT pricing and ensuring regulatory obligations are met.
    • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of customer needs and expectations during tenancy changes.
    • Provide exceptional customer service at all times, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and efficiently.
    • Keep up to date with regulatory changes and implement best practice & innovative solutions to processes and procedures.
    • Continually assess and improve COT processes & systems for greater efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
    • Act as a bridge between commercial, sales, and operations departments to ensure a coordinated approach to COT processes.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all COT activities, and generate reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to support effective COT management.

    SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

    • Previous experience within the Energy sector is essential.
    • Experience in leading the onboarding, offboarding, and tenancy change process for B2B clients.
    • Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment governing the energy sector, including Ofgem, Elexon, Xoserve, and the Retail Energy Code (REC).
    • A logical mindset with excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Proficient in the Microsoft Suite, and use of data management systems.
    • UK resident with unrestricted rights to work in the UK.
