Reed Secure are supporting a major government authority who are looking for
Release Production manager.

Pay rate - £500 Umbrella / £387.

79 PAYE per day:

Contract up to 6 month:

You will need to undergo Police Vetting (CTC level) 4-5 weeks:

Proposed start date aim as soon as CTC vetting is granted

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for assuring and managing the release of auxiliary and atypical sites on the platform
Responsible for assuring and releasing service changes implementing changes as well as managing the change control process working with the service management team
Managing hypercare (post go live) and fixing issues
Responsible for implementing and managing release processes for services
Responsible for managing and maintaining the release schedule
Upskilling additional resources for the release process to cover any absences

Required experience to be successful:

Have a proven track record developing content to meet user needs for digital services
Experience working collaboratively in fastpaced agile teams
May not be a writer, but you know a good, well structured sentence when you see one and know how to turn a bad one good
Experience developing and implementing content solutions to solve business challenges
Experience producing and using content artefacts (sitemaps, content wireframes, user journey maps, prototypes etc)
Open to constructive criticism whilst able to defend the design and user centred focus and principles of the platform
Extensive experience working in content publishing system
