Coalesce Management Consultancy (CMC) have an exciting consulting assignment available for a Senior Civil/Structural Design Engineer to work on a flagship Renewable energy project. This is a 12 month rolling contract and is remote working.

Currently we're looking for an Senior Civil/Structural Design Engineer to work on a 300MW Battery Storage Project to be constructed in the Midlands.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Leading civil engineering design capability team, specifically on large scale electrical projects (BESS, Solar PV).

• Develop civil deliverables including site layout, outline design drawings, constructability assessment, risk assessment, and project programme.

• Produce outline work package and scope of work document for contractor to provide pricing

• Liaise with client stakeholders and attend regular client project meetings

Experience:

• An Honours Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering
• Demonstrate strong technical competence, design skills and commercial awareness
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Experience in the use of Design Software, Autocad and Revit
• Excellent team work, communications and organisational skills

This is a 12 month contract based on an competitive hourly rate (outside IR35), we are looking to onboard someone immediately if their skills and experience are suitable.
