    The Data Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing data-related processes, overseeing data analysis, and generating reports to support informed decision-making and business strategies. This role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure data integrity, quality, and timely reporting

    Key Accountabilities:

    Data Management :

    Oversee the collection, storage, and maintenance of organizational data.

    Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.

    Develop and enforce data management policies and procedures.

    Data Analysis:

    Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

    Use statistical and data visualization tools to create meaningful reports.

    Provide data-driven recommendations to support business objectives.

    Reporting:

    Design and create regular and ad-hoc reports for different departments.

    Ensure reports are clear, accurate, and align with organizational goals.

    Automate reporting processes wherever possible.

    Team Management:

    Lead and manage a team of data analysts and reporting specialists.

    Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members.

    Foster a collaborative and data-driven culture within the organization.

    Data Quality and Governance:

    Establish and maintain data quality standards.

    Implement data governance practices to ensure data consistency and compliance with regulations.

    Monitor and resolve data quality issues.

    Technology and Tools:

    Evaluate and select appropriate data analysis and reporting tools.

    Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

    Implement and maintain data-related software and systems.

    Knowledge and practical experience of Azure Synapse and Power BI platforms

    Stakeholder Collaboration:

    Collaborate with various departments to understand their data and reporting needs.

    Communicate insights and findings to key stakeholders.

    Align data and reporting strategies with organizational objectives.

    Identify opportunities to enhance data and reporting processes.

    Implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

    Stay current with data-related trends and technologies.

    Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of data analysts and reporting specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business).

    Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and data management.

    Knowledge and practical experience of Azure Synapse and Power BI platforms

    Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, data visualization tools).

    Knowledge of data governance and quality practices.

    Experience with data reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

    Strong leadership and team management skills.

    Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

    Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

    Attention to detail and accuracy.

    Familiarity with relevant industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus.
