Reports to: Continuous Improvement Manager

Location: Nottingham

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Support to drive sustainable and operational change for breakthrough benefits. The position involves close collaboration with all departments and frequent interactions with senior management.

What We Need from Yü:

Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

Support change projects, through the change management process, from minor changes to major transformational projects.
Collaborate with the CI Co-ordinator in structuring continuous improvement projects and rapid improvement events.
Foster a continuous improvement culture and assist CI analysts with adhoc tasks.
Showcase project/programme management skills.
Process map, document, and audit projects throughout, aligned with the CI Co-ordinator and change initiatives.
Work closely with CI analysts and the project delivery team for smooth pre and post-implementation and cost-effective measures.
Strive towards achieving annual KPI targets, focusing on financial benefits and cost reductions.

1+ years of Continuous Improvement experience.
Demonstrated experience challenging conventional thinking and driving improvements.
Assertive, independent, and self-sufficient, able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Effective interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships and respect among peers.
Lean & Six Sigma knowledge is desirable but not mandatory.
Experience with Lucid/Visio for Process Mapping is desirable but not mandatory.
Desirable knowledge in SQL, Power Query, Tableau, and Power Bi.
