    Join the Close Brothers Asset Finance & Leasing (CBAFL) team where you will provide an efficient and effective service to Hirers, Suppliers and Brokers ('Customers'), understanding their needs and requirements, working to exceed those wherever possible, along with providing solid and consistent support to the Sales team.

    The role includes all activities involved in the processing and management of finance applications and agreements, ensuring we deliver an efficient and effective service to internal and external customers.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work closely with Sales/Customers to smooth the onboarding and agreement set-up processes with a focus on getting things right first time and providing an efficient, effective service to our customers, providing real-time updates to customers and other interested parties when required.
    • Provide support to the Sales/Customers with processing of new proposals, including checks on anti-money laundering, credit searching, linking exposures and loading and checking assets.
    • Responsible for checking and collating documentation and associated paperwork in a timely manner to ensure Customer needs are met and CBAFL are in full compliance with current legislation and credit approvals.
    • Load all types of finance agreements to ALFA system, with a full understanding of how each agreement and product works.
    • Assist with Customer calls, which may include a phone divert when Sales are unavailable or on annual leave.
    • Receive enquiries by email or telephone, addressing these effectively and in a timely manner.
    • Ensure all requests are processed in compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and SLA's.
    • Address Customer complaints in accordance with policy.
    • ​Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.​

    IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU:

    • Are good with Microsoft Products.
    • Have previous knowledge and experience of the Financial Services Industry and in similar operational or customer facing roles.
    • Have previous experience in an administrative role.
