I am working with my client; an expanding Precision Manufacturer based in Rotherham. Due to Business needs, they are seeking an experienced CNC Turner with a background in Precision Manufacturing. Hours of work are 7am - 4pm Monday to Thursday and 7am-1pmFriday with overtime available.
Our client offer Free onsite parking, Pension, Cashback Health Plan, 20 days holiday plus an additional day for every years' service up to 5 days.
Responsibilities:
- Programming, Operating and setting machines
- Selecting tooling for jobs
- Experience with Fanuc is preferred but not essential
- Be able to read engineering drawings
- Working with a range of materials to tight tolerance's
- Set up and change machine programs;
- Be able to work with both low and high volume, precision manufacturing
- Been able to check jobs using CMM equipment would also be an advantage
