We're seeking a talented Label Coordinator on a temporary basis, offering a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant company.

This is a 7-week temporary position with an immediate start date, 100% office based.

We're looking for someone with a proven track record in the music industry managing a busy schedule efficiently and effectively.

Arrange travel logistics including accommodations, transportation, and dining reservations. Prepare comprehensive itineraries for seamless travel experiences.
Process expense reports in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Provide support for special projects as needed, contributing to their successful completion.
Aid in organizing training sessions, functions, and parties, including venue selection, booking, and coordination.
