The client is an industry heavyweight with a reputation for client centric claims management, technical innovation and leadership and due to continuing growth, are looking to add a
Building Consultant with solid experience in diagnosing subsidenceto cover the Kent area.

In return, the
Building Consultant can expect a salary between £40K - £55K (DOE), a company car (or car allowance), attractive pension scheme, healthcare benefits, local discounts, career progression and support towards any role relevant qualifications.

Building Consultant - Duties/ResponsibilitiesVisit customer sites to survey potential causes of subsidence related defects
Work with desk-based support to complete reports, update systems and keep all parties informed
Diagnose issues and outline appropriate remedial work
Other ad-hoc duties associated with the role

About youExperienced surveyor, with experience of diagnosing subsidence OR
Experienced insurance professional within field-based subsidence claims management

To manage the performance of contractors in order that the repair phase of subsidence claims progresses efficiently and fairly in a manner that supports the customer and partners our insurance clients brand and values.
