Cheval Collection are excited to be recruiting a Food Beverage Supervisor to join the team at their contemporary bar and lounge, The Register Club.

This impressive venue, situated on the fourth floor of The Cheval Edinburgh Grand, offers cocktails and afternoon tea with separate event spaces that can accommodate up to 50 seated guests for dinner or 80 guests for a cocktail reception.

As Food Beverage Supervisor, you will support the Restaurant Manager in all areas of the Lounge, Bar and Events ensuring quality, standards, guest expectations are met and to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Ideally, you will have previous experience supervising in a high-quality food and beverage environment and will have an extensive knowledge of the art of food and beverage service.

**As Food Beverage Supervisor, some of your duties will include
- *

To support the Restaurant Manager in running the daily operations and service of the bar, lounge and events
To ensure the professional service delivery of food and beverages to our guests
To create an environment where guest's needs are anticipated, and upselling comes naturally
To maintain stock including ordering, receiving, storing and counting of all stock
Maintaining and developing the team skills, product knowledge through guidance and training
To ensure service excellence is the culture within the Register Club

- have supervisory experience in a food and beverage environment
- are passionate about excellent service and delivery
- confident in a busy, high-end service environment
- have a excellent knowledge of beverage service including cocktails
- have a good eye for detail
- enjoy connecting with people and are a natural host
- have a positive attitude in everything you do
