**Software Team Lead - Woking (Hybrid Working) - Up to £94,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity **You will be responsible for leading agile software teams in the development of technical solutions for a number of National Security customers.

You will have deep knowledge in a number of areas, this is an opportunity to use that experience to define noveltechnical approaches.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Leading software engineering teams technically
  • Leading on engagements with customers
  • Preparing and contributing to technical proposals and bids
  • Working effectively with Delivery Management to escalate risks, plan deliveries, and resourcing
  • Supporting the customer account team by contributing to business development strategy

What are we looking for?:


  • Exprience leading development teams
  • Comfortable with Agile practices (Scrum/SAFe/Kanban)
  • Ideally have some experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR SC CLEARANCE (see requirements below)
  • Able to communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Due to the nature of this position, we require you to be willing and eligible to achieve a minimum of SC & DV clearance.

To qualify, you should be a British Citizen and have resided in the UK for the last 5 years for SC and 10 years for DV.
