Description

A client secondment opportunity within the travel sector has arisen for a regulatory lawyer with competition law experience. The assignment is due to start ASAP and will last for 6 months.

Lawyers are likely to have upwards of 4 years' PQE and be available immediately or at very short notice.

The role will involve advising on regulations impacting digital platforms globally, such as the Digital Services Act, and supporting with the implementation of the UK Online Safety Act. The successful secondee will also be working with the business in providing strategic advice and identifying potential risks that may arise from a competition or consumer law perspective.
