We are looking to recruit an experienced First & Second Fix Joiner to add to our current contract teams, to work near and around our Malton base, working on schemes between £1k & £3million in value.
The successful candidate will need a valid CSCS skills card as a minimum, and C&G in Joinery (Advanced Craft certification if possible)
You should be suitably experienced, with good available references
Hours of work are a minimum 41 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 4.30pm, Friday 7.30am – 15.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
The position may require some overtime as and when required, which may include Saturday mornings, for which an agreed enhanced rate will be paid
Remuneration will be dependent on Experience, but in the region of £23.50 per hour (not PAYE)
Key Function of the Role:
Working with our joinery site supervisor on various sites, undertaking a variety of Joinery work from First fix to Second fix works on housing and commercial and Industrial buildings etc. The successful candidate will ideally have gained experience at the appropriate level within the building industry, and attained the necessary qualifications.
