Treatment Coordinator role and responsibilities

  • Follow the company's new patient journey, ensuring a consistent experience for all new patients and leads.
  • Handle all leads according to the designated pathway, ensuring all information is captured and recorded as required.
  • Conduct Telephone Consultations/Callbacks with new patients with the aim of building rapport and securing attendance for a Dental Consultation, and completing all necessary reporting.
  • Assist patients on their journey through the consultation process and ensure all enquiries are handled accurately and quickly.
  • Completing all trackers and paperwork as required from Telephone Consultations and from Dental Consultations, and ensuring designated follow up process is adhered too.
  • Follow up individual patient lists with the aim of converting patients and generating revenue.
  • Reporting to line managers and senior management in regard to performance against listed KPIs and targets.
  • Handle payments to the practice by card, finance and BACS transfer.
  • Keep records of financial transactions for patient treatment plans.
  • Work with the management team keeping up to date with new patient pathways and implementing updated patient journeys.
  • Make future appointments as required, including follow up calls reviewing treatment plans.

Your skills and experience

  • Ability to keep calm and professional in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Confident in conversation to build relationships and overcome objections
  • Ability to perform in a servicefocused environment
  • Personable, highly motivated, friendly, flexible, reliable and organised
  • Fully computer literate and competent using CRM software
