Treatment Coordinator role and responsibilities

Follow the company's new patient journey, ensuring a consistent experience for all new patients and leads.
Handle all leads according to the designated pathway, ensuring all information is captured and recorded as required.
Conduct Telephone Consultations/Callbacks with new patients with the aim of building rapport and securing attendance for a Dental Consultation, and completing all necessary reporting.
Assist patients on their journey through the consultation process and ensure all enquiries are handled accurately and quickly.
Completing all trackers and paperwork as required from Telephone Consultations and from Dental Consultations, and ensuring designated follow up process is adhered too.
Follow up individual patient lists with the aim of converting patients and generating revenue.
Reporting to line managers and senior management in regard to performance against listed KPIs and targets.
Handle payments to the practice by card, finance and BACS transfer.
Keep records of financial transactions for patient treatment plans.
Work with the management team keeping up to date with new patient pathways and implementing updated patient journeys.
Make future appointments as required, including follow up calls reviewing treatment plans.

Your skills and experience

Ability to keep calm and professional in a fastpaced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Confident in conversation to build relationships and overcome objections
Ability to perform in a servicefocused environment
Personable, highly motivated, friendly, flexible, reliable and organised
Fully computer literate and competent using CRM software
