About the Role: Asan ambassador to Drax, you'll be projecting the Drax brand image to ourvisitors. Meeting all visitors and warmly welcome them to Cruachanplacing the customer first.
You'llbe supporting and dealing with customer issues efficiently and effectively aswell as maintaining our cafe bookings via diary systems.
Yourtraining will be provided, and you'll be on hand to answer any questions andqueries from visitors.
Aboveall you'll be ensuring the safety and welfare of visitors whilst in the visitorcentre and ensuring they have a fantastic experience here at Cruachan.
Yourworking hours will be 10am-4pm Monday – Friday.
About You
You'llhave a fantastic "can do" attitude with a positive energy to ensure the VisitorCentre is run to a high standard – plus be enthusiastic and engaging with allwho visit our centre.
You'llhave prior experience in a customer facing role within the service / tourismindustry, working within a team environment.
You'llbe able to demonstrate excellent verbal communication and people skills, with agenuine belief in the value of exceptional customer service.
Ideally, you'll be computer literate as you will be operating our in-housesystem and have prior experience with cash handling and recording, includingcalculating daily floats.
You'll certainly be flexible in adapting to different situations, with theability to prioritise and to take the initiative.
It will be essential that you are able to attend site via your own means oftransport as our Cruachan site does not have strong public transport links.
Youwill need to be 18 or over on your start date.
