Maintenance Engineer

Seeking a Maintenance Engineer, or possible Maintenance Fitter, to work within a well-established manufacturer.
Salary c£45,000 per annum + Bonus + 5% Pension + Overtime pay
Mornings and Afternoons rotational shift pattern midweek. Hours are 6:00am to 2:15pm on mornings, and 3:20pm to 11:40pm on evenings Monday to Friday.

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer with both mechanical and electrical skills to join the team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a range of plant equipment. PLC experience would be an advantage on the electrical side. Part of a wider, reputable engineering group with a fantastic facility. Well-structured with PPM processes alongside reactive maintenance.

Salary:
c£45,000 per annum + Bonus + 5% Pension + Overtime pay.

This Maintenance Engineer job will suit:

An experienced Maintenance Engineer with both Electrical and Mechanical skills. Electrical bias is preferred, but not essential.
Flexible to work a rotating mornings / evening shift pattern.
Someone who enjoys working with a range of plant machinery and variety within their work.
PPM experience as there is little reactive maintenance involved within this role.

The Maintenance Engineer job will involve:

Responsibility for maintaining machinery across two production lines working a 'Just in Time' sequence operation.
Electrical and mechanical maintenance duties - very much a 50/50 split.
Supporting the wider engineering team where required. There is a team collective and ideally we are seeking someone who can keep driving improvements within maintenance.
