    Description

    Facilities Coordinator – Central London - £40,000

    A highly successful business with offices across London and the South East are looking for a Facilities Team Lead or Facilities Supervisor to join their team. Based in the Central London, but with some travel you will work closely with the Facilities Manager and Head of to deliver proactive and solutions focused FM services to the business.

    This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing business with a supportive and collaborative business.

    As the FM Team Lead you will be responsible for the following:

    Liaising with vendors and suppliers to arrange site visits and obtain quotes

    Producing and collating reports for management

    Supporting the FM Strategy Lead across a range of Health and Safety and Security projects

    Oversight and support of the FM and maintenance team

    Providing an escalation point for the FM team on raising and closing PPM and schedule job requests

    The ideal candidate will have demonstratable, previous experience within a fast paced, multi site environment – ideally at a supervisory level. Experience working with and managing a digital CAFM or helpdesk system is essential.

    The salary on offer for this role is up to £40,000 plus great benefits.
