    We at ConnectHealth are delighted to be growing our team of talented clinicians and arecurrently looking for Advanced Practice Physiotherapists with an MSK backgroundwho are passionate about providing high-quality patient-centred care to join usas part of a large multidisciplinary team in Rochdale.

    Bank work is great if youre unable to commit to amore permanent role. Perhaps youre a parent and are looking to return to work,or wish to work extra hours on top of your current role. Our hours of work are ,Mon-Fri with excellent rates of pay.

    Main duties of the job

    We are dedicated todelivering the highest level of patient care, in the most efficient andcost-effective way, with re-investment to ensure services are sustainable. Weare looking for well-organised Advanced Practice Physiotherapists (MSK), todeliver quality clinical care for patients with MSK conditions. Whilstundertaking comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a widevariety of physical and emotional needs, you must formulate, deliver, reviewand progress individual treatment programmes and ensure effective treatment,specialist advice and timely discharge are achieved.

    Join our motivated,ambitious, and fast-growing team. We focus on competency, developing talent andoffer great flexibility. Youll be registered with the HCPC or equivalentregulator (as professional background dictates) and be qualified as a clinicianthat works within MSK practice.

    If youre able tomanage a varied caseload of MSK patients, committed to CPD and have the desireto develop yourself and the service, with a keen eye on improving patient care,then wed like to hear from you.

    Person Specification

    The ideal applicant will have

    Essential

  • Previous experience in delivering musculoskeletal services with tangible results and commitment to providing excellent, personalised care.
  • A deep understanding of the impact of Musculoskeletal pain in the wider community and how collaborative working across the local system enables prevention and addresses health inequalities.
  • Current valid registration with your relevant professional body or equivalent regulator (HCPC)
  • Outstanding values that underpin clinical expertise and people management
  • Proven track record of influencing patients, people, commissioners, and pathways
  • Understand, influence and drive quality of audits and the integration of EBP.
  • Educational acuity in developing and providing specialist teaching in Musculoskeletal practice.
  • Strong desire and drive to deliver innovation and lead on change.
  • Experience of developing team members
