    I am working with a fantastic client and organisation who are actively recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join their organisation as a Recruitment & HR Advisor. In this role, you will provide the delivery of a proactive, effective and efficient recruitment process. You will undertake a range of end-to-end recruitment activities supported by our new recruitment system. This role is key to supporting the development of the organbisations recruitment strategy, ensuring that safer recruitment is adhered to, supporting the business to manage their recruitment requirements and developing their employer brand.

    The successful candidate will:

    · Have a professional CIPD qualification at Level 5 or above.

    · Have a strong recruitment background.

    · Previous and demonstrated HR experience

    · Be a confident communicator (written and oral) and possess strong interpersonal skills.

    · Have proven experience of delivering results using innovation and expertise.

    · Have experience using an HRIS system for recruitment.

    · Be able to work efficiently and effectively, especially under pressure.

    · Be accurate with attention to detail and able to set and meet deadlines.

    · Be flexible in approach and confident in providing guidance, support and advice Line managers.

    · Understand the purpose and mission of the business

    The role will be predominantly office-based at the Head Office with some work undertaken at other sites across Greater Manchester with some opportunities for flexible working. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle is necessary to fulfil this role for meetings onsite.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Lead on the management of recruitment workflow and processes with the HRIS system throughout the recruitment cycle.

    · Develop relationships with recruitment agencies to support ongoing recruitment demands.

    · Provide proactive and on demand support and coaching to line managers across the portfolio ensuring full compliance with the recruitment policy.

    · Develop innovative methods for attracting candidates working with our local communities.

    · Contribute to the ongoing development and delivery of the recruitment strategy, including development of the employer brand, attraction methods and materials, assessment and interview methods and selection criteria.

    · Develop training and materials to improve the skills and ability of the staff across the business in relation to recruitment.

    · Ensure consistency, adherence to safer recruitment, equality-based decision making and a first-class candidate experience.

    · Maintain awareness of current employment and other legislation and developments within the sector and wider, affecting recruitment.

    · Ensure changes are made to the current policies and procedures and applied across the business.

    · Provide advice to line managers in effective recruitment methods developing their capability and confidence.

    · Support the ongoing development of the HRIS and act as a Superuser and point of contact for the business in regard to recruitment.

    · Review and assess the Recruitment metrics data provided by iTrent making recommendations for action and improvement as required.

    · Undertake adhoc projects as directed and contribute to relevant business-wide working groups.

    · Liaise with and build relationships with trade union representatives.

    · Seek at all times to be effective and efficient and to enhance the quality of the overall service which the Human Resources team provides.
