    Job Description: Recruitment Co-Ordinator
    Hours - Monday-Friday
    Location - Normanton
    Salary - £24,000

    Position Overview: As a Recruitment Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment efforts. You will work closely with our HR team and hiring managers to coordinate the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and managing offers.

    The Recruitment CoOrdinator Key Responsibilities:
    • Booking in required training
    • Assisting with the recruitment
    • General administration
    • Adhoc duties
    • Update certificates to the internal system
    The Successful Recruitment Coordinator will have:
    • Confident in IT
    • Strong administrative background
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Excellent phone mannerism.
