Our client is a specialist within the Transport and Infrastructure sector. They are expanding their Highways and Infrastructure team within the London office.

You'll be working in a small but increasing team and this role provides this opportunity along with greater exposure to all aspects of the project cycle.

Manage projects commercially and technically

• Undertake hands-on design of the delivery of concept studies and strategies, through planning application, detailed design and construction drawing issue
• experience of commercial and project management and leading technical delivery of small to complex highway infrastructure design projects
• UK highway design standards and planning processes, adoption and contract procedures for the provision of infrastructure and regeneration projects
• Highway design with experience of applying DMRB, Manual for Streets, Local Authority standards and design guidance
• Proven ability to use supporting tools for the role – AutoCAD, Civils 3D (alignment design), AutoTrack, PDS Sign and PDS Line (or similar software)
• Pavement and highway drainage design
