HGV Technician/Fitter

Basic Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

OTE: £53,000+ (Overtime Available)

Location: Leeds

C&B Recruitment is collaborating with a reputable company aiming to expand its team of HGV Technicians and Fitters.

• The position involves maintaining the existing fleet, ranging from 7.5T to HGV.

Preference is for candidates with NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent.

Applicants with at least 5 years of experience will also be considered.

Role Overview:

• Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of HGV/LGV vehicles.
• MOT preparation.
• Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical issues on vehicles and related equipment, following Company and regulatory standards.
• Adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
• Completing necessary paperwork to the required standards.
• Collaborating with parts and warranty departments.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 certification or equivalent.
• Class 1 or 2 certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in fleet maintenance would be advantageous.
