    Head of Client Partnerships

    We are working with a software agency who are looking for a Head of Client Partnerships to join the team This role requires a unique blend of technical understanding, relationship-building skills, and marketing expertise. As the Head of Client Partnerships, you will be responsible for spearheading outreach initiatives, building strategic partnerships, and playing a key role in shaping our agency's growth trajectory.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ○ Develop and execute outreach strategies, including targeted email campaigns and social media engagement

    ○ Identify and qualify potential clients, building a strong pipeline of high-quality leads

    ○ Nurture existing relationships and forge new partnerships with potential clients and industry figures

    ○ Attend relevant conferences and networking events as the agency's representative

    ○ Build a strong network of industry influencers and potential referral sources

    ○ Confidently articulate our agency's value proposition, with a focus on UX, product strategy, and software development

    ○ Lead initial client discussions, assessing their needs and identifying potential collaboration opportunities

    ○ Contribute industry insights to support blog posts, thought leadership content, and social media

    ○ Maintain records within the CRM, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement

    What we're looking for:

    ● 5 years of proven success in business development, preferably within an agency or technology-related environment

    ● Strong grasp of UX principles, digital product strategy, and software development processes

    ● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences

    ● A natural networker, adept at cultivating relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry contacts.

    ● Self-Driven & Results-Oriented

    ● Experience with social media marketing, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and marketing automation tools
