    Job Details:

    Salary Range: £25,628 to £28,326 pro rata per annum
    Work Location: Hybrid working (home and office based), Winchester, Basingstoke, Totton, Eastleigh, Havant
    Hours per week: 37 (part-time hours will be considered)
    Contract type: Temporary for 24 months

    The Role:

    Joining our friendly and supportive team, you'll provide first-class administrative support, enabling our Independent Futures Team to support young people with disabilities in their transition from Children's Services to Adults' Health and Care. In this varied role you'll carry out administrative activities including managing queries, compiling letters, emails and reports, organising meetings and taking minutes. You'll take ownership for collating and manipulating large data sets of confidential information, and you'll also play a key role in proactively identifying and implementing improvements to processes to maximise efficiency. You'll use a range of IT software on a daily basis, as well as digital tools such as our care management system.

    Along with a successful track record of delivering a high standard of customer care, you'll have administrative experience and excellent communication skills. With a flexible approach to changing demands and priorities, you'll be confident working without close supervision, independently organising and prioritising your own workload to ensure the timely completion of tasks. You'll be confident using Microsoft Office and learning new IT systems, and you'll have a good understanding of working with confidential and sensitive information. You'll enjoy working as part of a team, collaborating and supporting others to ensure an excellent level of service is delivered.

    Travel Requirements

    You may be required to visit other locations within Hampshire and therefore need to have the ability to travel, as necessary.
