    Aspire Evolve is teaming up with a renowned local contractor in Devon, in search of a skilled Site Manager to join their esteemed senior management cadre.

    This position offers the flexibility of a permanent role or a long-term contract. The project is situated in the picturesque setting of Salcombe, focusing on a private residence.

    Project Overview:

    Our client is leading a captivating private development endeavor, centered around the construction of a grand outdoor pool, accompanied by various enhancements and modifications.

    As the appointed Site Manager, you will lead this project's lifecycle, from conception to completion.

    As the Site Manager, you will undertake a diverse range of responsibilities vital to project success:


    • Efficiently manage and collaborate with the client throughout the project's lifecycle.
    • Procure essential materials and skilled personnel, ensuring seamless project execution.
    • Supervise day-to-day trades and operations to sustain project momentum.
    • Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and schedules.
    • Ensure complete compliance with all health and safety regulations throughout the project duration.

    Required Qualifications:
    To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:


    • Valid SMSTS certification.
    • CSCS
    • Demonstrated experience in managing similar projects, preferably within construction or development.
    • Profound understanding of health and safety protocols, with a dedication to their implementation.
    • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and project blueprints.
    • Outstanding time management skills, capable of orchestrating complex projects with precision.
