    Luxury Watch Sales AssistantnFull-time Permanent Sales Consultantn

    Basic Salary:
    Up to £31,000 pa, plus commission

    IRD ConsultancynTo be considered for this role, a proven track record in luxury retail is a prerequisite.

    We strongly encourage individuals who enjoys cultivating relationships, are passionate about brand heritage and storytelling, and are enthusiastic in watch technicalities to apply for this role.


    Our ClientsnWe actively recruit for multiple leading Luxury Swiss Watch brands (mono boutique and multiple brand retailers), within the luxury retail trade based in Bond Street, Sloane Street, Knightsbridge, Oxford Street, Regent Street, Covent Garden, Harrods, Selfridges, and Royal Exchange.


    Job OverviewnAs a Sales Consultant, you are responsible for the achievement of the sales objectives including active networking and building a strong client relationship through the highest level of luxury customer service, by creating an authentic, exquisite experience for all customers.nIn addition to being Sales Consultant for the company, you will play a vital role as being flexible, highly driven with an entrepreneur-mindset and to support as a team member in store.


    What you will bringnA minimum two-year luxury retail experience, preferable with a client booknA strong selling skill with a proven result and background in salesnAbility to carry out a flawless selling ceremony which adhere to the Brand's direction combined with your very own unique professional approach.nAbility to strengthen brand loyalty by personalising client follow-up.nAbility to work well within a team as well as independently.nImmaculate personal presentation and attention to detailnCommunication skills and Interpersonal sensitivitynAbility to serve clients and able handle challenging confidently.nAdhere to inhouse security procedures.
