Key responsibilities - Customer Service Assistant

  • In this Customer Service Assistant job in London, your responsibilities will include:_
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients and help them develop skills to grow their business.
  • Lead the onboarding for new customers working closely with the clinical team
  • Identify, test and lead on initiatives for product and service improvements from customer insights
  • Focus on client health, net revenue retention and demonstrate ROI throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Identify and own upselling opportunities.
  • Work closely with your counterparts in Sales and Marketing to deliver the best experience to customers.

Job requirements - Customer Service Assistant

  • At least 6 months of experience in product management and customer relations.
  • A track record of grit, determination and competitiveness.
  • Excellent communications skills.
