Nigel Wright are excited to be partnering with Nuby to recruit the newly created position of UK Head of Marketing.

Nuby are home to everything you need for a happy and healthy baby and toddler.

Nursery and newborns all the way through to back to school, consumers can find all the essentials they need to help them flourish at every phase.

From the tricky teething stage towobbly first steps, Nuby have created an extensive range of award-winning products to help through each stage of early development.

This new Head of UK Marketing role has been created to report direct to the MD and take a creative and rounded approach to supporting the growing UK organisation.

The Role

Responsibilities include:

Develop and execute the UK Marketing strategy
Use insight and functional expertise to collaboratively develop the wider UK business strategy with the UK SLT.
Create & execute the UK marketing strategy, aligning with bus. objectives to maximise growth and profitability.
Develop strategies for driving traffic, engagement, conversion and loyalty on our direct to consumer platforms
Ensure content and brand execution is aligned with global brand guidelines.
Develop brand initiatives to raise awareness and increase positive brand sentiment with consumers.
Identify processes & resources (inc. budgets) required to ensure UK marketing strategy is delivered.
Identify and manage partner agencies to complement our internal skill sets.
Work collaboratively with all departments to execute the UK marketing and wider UK business plans.

Leadership and development of UK Marketing team

Ensure the UK marketing department is efficiently structured and resourcedto deliver against all objectives.
Clearly define team members roles & responsibilities, recognising and employing individuals unique capabilities.
Provide direction, support, motivation, feedback, coaching and training for all department members.
Create PDPs & hold regular 121s for all team members, clearly articulating functional & personal objectives.
Role model our values, ensuring team also live them. Ensure team adhere to standards defined in handbook.

UK :
Measurement and achievement of UK Marketing budgets and KPIs

Identify, track and utilise KPIs and departmental measures to improve department results and ROI.
Monthly reporting of performance vs budgets, KPIs and strategic initiatives.

Additional Info
This is a role for a creative and commercial marketer.

The role will be based in the office, (with flexibility), allowing the new incumbent to lead a marketing team of 6, bring their own structure and potential recruitment to the role and be a key part ofthe SLT.Nuby will continue to use agencies and this individual will have autonomy to make decisions and changes regarding how this is utilised.

It is likely that whilst they remain very much a hands-on marketer, they will focus on core marketing principlesincluding brand development, creative direction and commercial gain.

Whilst the business wants to focus on the brand, the organisation remains commercially led and the right individual will have the capability to work effectively within this structure.

Whilst digital and ecomm sits within the team we are not seeking an SEO specialist or the like, there is capability internally or sitting with agency to execute these elements.

A broader creative approach to marketing with a digital skill set within the arsenalis more likely.
