    My client is a mid size pharmaceutical company that is seeking a Commercial Manager -Operations to lead the development and implementation of their commercial strategy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Leads the commercial strategy for the company existing portfolio as well as identifying new opportunities.
    • Have management responsibilities over the company's brands and lead communications about these to external stakeholders.
    • Manage commercial responsibilities of the brand and lead in commercial negotiations of the business.
    • Use analytics to understand the trends and results of commercial activities and report on this to identify areas of growths.
    • Provides project management with regards to financial strategy and analysing the cost effectiveness of business activities.
    • Leading the customer service function of the business
    • Maintains compliance with the requirements of Good Distribution Practice (GDP).

    Requirements:

    • Education: University degree in business, commerce, finance, or related discipline; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA), preferred
    • Experience: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including in Commercial Management
