Overall Purpose of the Job:

To provide essential technical education and support for the development of Expro's workforce in a defined geographical area or product line(s) to achieve and maintain consistently high standards of service quality.

Key Activities and Accountabilities:

Assist with the development and continuous improvement of the training and competency programme
Evaluate training effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities and report findings to CA management
Collaborate with relevant departments (such as Engineering, Operations and Business Development) to identify, develop and support training requirements for new products and product enhancements
Conduct training needs analysis of operational personnel
Assist with the implementation of the training and competence programme for operational personnel
Deliver knowledge and skills based training to operational personnel
Compile training and competency reports for management and provide data as required on progress towards objectives and KPI goals
Assist with maintenance of the Global Competence Management System
Where required, coordinate scheduling of training programmes and instructor activities and arranges materials to be available
Lead / Co-Lead CA Audits for respective product lines; participate in Internal and external audits as required
Facilitate meetings, discussions and workshops in relation to training and competency matters as required
Liaise with external training specialists in the development and provision of training programmes

Job Knowledge and Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge of TRS equipment and field procedures (required)
Previous experience in TRS field operations (required)
Previous experience of working with training and competency systems (required)
Trainer / Instructor qualification (preferred)
Accredited Assessor (preferred)
Accredited Internal Verifier (optional)
Accredited Auditor (optional)
TRS workshop / maintenance experience (optional)
Full passport holder (required)
Available to travel internationally to deliver classroom learning and workplace training events
Able to communicate and engage with persons of diverse cultures and ethnic backgrounds and at all management levels
Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Outlook and TEAMS
