    This role provides an amazing opportunity to work with employees and candidates around the globe on their screening and onboarding practices.

    A role you will love


    You will be working across multiple jurisdictions focused on the new starter experience and be knowledgeable about local regulations and requirements.

    As an onboarding consultant your role will be to provide candidates with a smooth onboarding journey, ensuring they are screened to the required standards, and all expectations are processed in line with agreed matrices.


    Some of your key responsibilities will include:
    Responsible for managing transactions during the onboarding of new employees accurately and within SLA.

    Support the completion of all pre-employment screening checks accurately and in a timely manner, to ensure a good candidate experience.

    Identify any trends in processing, system or automation errors.
    Maintain a good level of communication with managers, employees, and candidates around the status of their enquiry.
    Manage your own allocation of work, whilst being able to work flexibility.
    Support with reviewing work processes to identify areas for improvement and progress actions to improve outcomes for candidates.


    This role is being offered working hybrid from our Bristol head offices, 2 days a week, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

    As you can imagine, we need you to have great attention to detail, along with the ability to think independently, problem solve, and work quickly within a fast-paced environment.


    Other key skills required for the role include:
    Experience of working in a high-volume administrative role
    Ability to identify risks and mitigate by implementing effective controls
    Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal
    Understanding the importance of confidentiality
    Highly organised with a methodical approach, and a meticulous eye for detail
    Proactive, with an eagerness to learn.
    Adaptability
    Ability to manage your own workload, but also work within a team function
    Ability to successfully communicate across all levels of the business and build working relationships
