Location:
Fully Remote, UK


Duration: 11 Months Contract

Day rate: 625 GBP per day, Inside IR35 (Pay-rolling will be through an Umbrella)

Role Description:
Social Value Sales Lead


As one of the Social Value Sales Leads in H&PS you will take on an important role to own both the creation and writing of Social Value responses as well as provide sales support for Social Value strategies, working alongside our H&PS engagement teams internally and with clients externally to influence the direction of social value.

As a new mandatory requirement to have social value commitments in all our public procurement tenders, this is a growing area with senior stakeholder support and push to ensure we embed these initiatives across H&PS.


Key responsibilities include:

Sales Support:

  • Writing and reviewing Social Value responses
  • Providing sales support for Social Value responses to formal and informal client requests on behalf of the Account and Contract Leads
  • Developing social value collateral, case studies and credentials to communicate the social value successes though responses.
  • Reporting and monitoring the commitments made in contracts on behalf of the Account and Contract Leads

Operational & Delivery:

  • Tracking and reporting of our Social Value commitments through third party platform, Social Value Portal
  • Tracking and monitoring our Social Value KPIs through the 360 degree value meter
  • Liaising across the ecosystem (such as corporate citizenship teams, ADP, Accent on networks etc) to leverage existing initiatives as well as forming new partnerships with external organisations/charities/local enterprises to deliver our Social Value commitments
  • Producing Social Value calculations for contracts including forecasting, monitoring and evaluations to support the Contract Leads through the delivery lifecycle.

Training & Communications:

  • Developing training plans to raise awareness and educate Account teams on the Social Value Model, H&PS Social Value offerings, Account level plans and delivery management via the Social Value Portal
  • Deliver regular communications on updates to the Social Value Model, Account sales & delivery progress and success stories and case studies.
